Save time and automate monthly phishing simulations. Wizer’s annual phishing calendar provides monthly preselected templates that changes up which ones go out to ensure not everyone receives the same email simulation. One-Time Phishing Simulation Campaign

Our one-off formats are the most common type of email phishing simulation campaigns used. Select the desired email template(s), choose your audience (specific users, groups, or departments), and launch immediately or schedule send! It’s that easy.

Stats tracked include:
  • Percentage sent
  • Opened emails
  • Who clicked and got phished

100+ Phishing Templates

We have over 100 email phishing templates for you to choose from. We have split them into two main categories: Consumer and Corporate.

Consumer templates

Are the standard phishing emails that impersonate known brands with a pretext such as Google Security Alerts, Facebook phishing email template, or an Amazon Alert. Event-based templates are around seasonal or upcoming general events.

Spear Phishing Templates

Look as if they were sent by someone internal, like the IT department notifying you that your new computer is ready, or your HR department inviting you to a company event. We keep the library fresh based on the current phishing email trends attackers are using.

While we make them as authentic as possible, we strive not to  cross any red lines that might get you into trouble.

Custom Phishing Email Templates

Even with our 100+ phishing templates for your email phishing simulations, there are times you may want to customize your own, so we simplified it. Our editor is a "what you see is what you get" that doesn't require any coding or knowledge of HTML/CSS.

Send a test email before going live and create as many templates as you like.

Phishing Report Button

Phishing training for employees isn't just about reducing the number of clicks. It's equally important to track how many people reported phishing. That’s why we offer the Phishing Report Button.

This button allows employees to quickly report any phishing email, not just a simulated one. They simply click on this button, and we will notify the security team.

The phishing report dashboard includes the number of people who reported a phishing email alongside those who clicked on the phishing link or got phished.

Reports

You can't manage what you can’t measure, so our phishing dashboard lets you do exactly that. See which employees are continually failing the email phishing simulation, what phishing templates fool them most, and more. Fine-tune your phishing training and celebrate successes.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does a phishing simulation work with Wizer?
Our email phishing simulator provides a quick and easy way to determine how likely your employees will click on real phishing emails by simulating a phishing attack. By default, our Smart Phishing is turned ‘on’ - this is a pre-set phishing calendar that is updated every month with phishing relevant to the season or latest trend in attacks so you can test your team before attackers do. You may also use our Template Editor to create your own custom phishing templates and set your own frequency for campaigns.
What’s the difference between the phishing simulation and the phishing gamification?
Our phishing simulator sends out emails to your team that mimic real-life phishing attempts that are not announced. Our gamified phishing experience is an in-app game where participants knowingly engage in a challenge. Our game includes a series of emails to see how many they can correctly identify through an interactive interface that educates them as they go.
Do the templates include common examples of phishing attacks?
Yes! We use common examples of phishing attacks as well as stay on top of the most recent trends to build our templates, keeping your work to a minimum.
